We bring the ultimate video game experience right to your doorstep, whether for birthday parties, corporate events, or any special occasion!

Our game trailer comfortably accommodates up to 10 players at once! Depending on the game style, everyone can either play together or rotate so no one ever misses a turn. It’s perfect for large groups, team-building activities, or just a fun day with friends and family.

We offer a wide variety of games suitable for all ages and gaming preferences. From action-packed shooters, sports games, and racing to family-friendly games like Mario Kart, Minecraft, and Super Smash Bros, we’ve got something for everyone! Our game library is constantly updated with the latest and greatest titles.

Nope! We’re fully self-sufficient. Our mobile game trailer comes with everything needed to run the event, including power. All we need is a place to park, and we’re good to go!

We proudly serve the Akron, Green, North Canton, and surrounding areas! If you’re located outside this zone, give us a call—we’re often able to accommodate special requests depending on the location and event.

Standard events typically last 2 hours, but we offer flexible time options to suit your needs. Need more time? No problem! We can extend the gaming fun for an additional fee—just let us know at the time of booking.

Booking and Payments

How do I book a mobile game trailer event?

Booking is easy! Simply fill out our online booking form, give us a call, or send us an email. Our team will help confirm availability, go over the details, and make sure everything is ready for your event. You can also check our calendar for open slots.

Our standard 2-hour package starts at $350. We also offer customizable packages and pricing for longer events, corporate functions, and special occasions. Check out our pricing page for more details, or contact us for a custom quote!

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is typically 25% of the total booking and is non-refundable. This ensures your date and time are locked in just for you!

Absolutely! We offer a variety of customizable packages. Whether you want a specific set of games, tournament-style events, or a certain theme, we’ll work with you to create the perfect gaming experience tailored to your needs.

Event Setup and Logistics

Where can the game trailer park?

Our trailer can park on any flat surface, including driveways, parking lots, or even the street (as long as there’s enough space). We’ll work with you to figure out the best location to set up, and we handle all the parking logistics.

Nope! Our game trailer is fully equipped with its own power supply. We don’t need any hookups from your location, making setup hassle-free for you.

While our game trailer is typically set up outdoors, we can sometimes accommodate indoor setups if the space is large enough and has proper access. Feel free to ask about your specific location, and we’ll work with you to make it happen!

Our mobile game trailer requires about 60 feet of relatively flat parking space. This can be on a driveway, street, or parking lot. If you’re unsure about space, we’ll help you figure out the best option during the booking process.

Of course! We’re all about making your event as special as possible. Whether it’s customizing the game lineup, extending the time, or adding extra services, just let us know what you have in mind!

Safety and Supervision

Do you provide staff to help with the games?

Yes! Every event is staffed with a professional Game Coach who is there to help players with the games, ensure everything runs smoothly, and make sure everyone is having a blast.

Absolutely! Our game trailer is fully climate-controlled with both air conditioning and heating, so it’s comfortable to game in any season, rain or shine.

Yes! We offer games for all age ranges—from kid-friendly titles to more mature games for older players. During the booking process, we’ll discuss your preferences to make sure we provide the best games for your group.

Safety is our top priority! Our trailers are cleaned and sanitized before every event, and we follow all recommended guidelines to ensure a safe environment. The Game Coach is also there to monitor safety and make sure everyone is playing responsibly.

Definitely! We highly encourage adults to get their game on! Parents are welcome to join in on the fun or simply hang out inside the trailer while the kids play. It’s a great experience for everyone!

Customizations and Addons

Can we bring our own games or requests specific titles?

Sure! If you have a particular game in mind or want to bring your own, just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Important Note: A game not natively installed on the local systems will likely have a very lengthy download time that could inhibit play time

At the current time, we do not offer food services but may be able to provide reccomendations for catering. 

Specific decorations can absolutely be accomodated if supplied by the customer. We love to match themes with you!

Yes! We strive to be an integral part of your event or goals! Specfic accomodations can be made for temporary branding of the equipment on a case by case basis.  Contact us to discuss how we can tailor the experience to fit your marketing needs.

Do you offer packages for birthday parties?

Yes! We offer birthday party packages that include everything you need for an epic celebration, from setup to cleanup. We can also customize packages with birthday themes, personalized game setups, and more!
